We all want the best for our children. In our busy world, it is easy
to overlook how important it is for them (and us) to eat healthily.
A few simple choices when you do your shopping can make all the
difference.

Fizzy drinks
Sweets and chocolate (let's be honest, we are going to have some
chocolate!)

Convenience food which is often high in salt, sugar and saturated
